Terms & Conditions

By registering for, purchasing, or using a Weekend Tech Club membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a membership.

A membership gives you access to Weekend Tech Club's weekly live sessions, related material and the member community for the duration of your membership period. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

You must provide accurate registration details (name, email, phone, city, state, college, branch and year of study). We rely on this information to give you access and to contact you about sessions. Providing false information may result in loss of access.

A membership runs for one year. Memberships purchased before launch begin on 3 October 2026 and run for one full year from that date. Memberships purchased on or after launch begin immediately.

The regular membership price is ₹1,299. A pre-launch offer of ₹749 is available before 3 October 2026. Prices and offers may change at any time; the price shown and charged at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to you.

A faculty referral code identifies the referrer and may give you an additional discount on the current base price. Codes are valid only while active, cannot be combined, cannot be applied after payment, and may be withdrawn at any time. All discounts are calculated and applied by our servers.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card or banking details. A membership is created only after the payment has been verified on our servers. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no membership is created.

Sessions are held live and are subject to change in schedule, topic and speaker. Recordings, notes and other material may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Access may require you to use tools such as a video conferencing or community platform.

Do not share your access with others, record or redistribute sessions without permission, or behave abusively towards members, speakers or staff. Keep your contact details up to date.

All Weekend Tech Club branding, session material and content remain the property of Weekend Tech Club or its respective owners. Your membership grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning.

We use third-party services for payments, communication and session delivery. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for their availability.

The format, schedule, topics, speakers and benefits of Weekend Tech Club may evolve. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the core promise, one live session every week, intact.

We may suspend or terminate a membership for abuse, fraud, payment disputes, sharing of access or conduct that harms the community.

Weekend Tech Club is an educational membership. We make no guarantee of any specific career, job, income or learning outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We collect the registration details you provide and payment metadata from our payment provider, and use them to deliver and support your membership. We do not sell your personal information.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
